Adam and his dad are J & W’s “Extreme Team.” You can count on Adam to provide the best installation for your home. In his free time, Adam recently finished seminary school and is a teaching pastor at his church.

Rock has installed everything over the past 17 years, from commercial units to residential systems and the duct systems that go with them. He is as tough as his name sounds when it comes to getting the job done.

Donnie Easter
Donnie, our lead service technician with over 20 years of experience, has completed the HVAC journeyman licensing program. This certifies that he is licensed to install, maintain, remodel and repair HVAC systems. He must also be familiar with the requirements of the Florida HVAC codes and regulations.
Darin Jones
Darin also holds certifications and training certificates in HVAC repair and installation. With over a decade of experience, his down to earth demeanor, reliability, and concern for the customer’s comfort make him an asset to have as a technician.
Tommy Waycaster
Tommy’s can-do attitude and ability to think outside the box allows him to diagnose and troubleshoot systems. Over the past decade he has stayed on top of the advances in HVAC technology and has earned the trust of his customers.
Performance Tune-up Specialist
Tom Jowanna
Tom has been performing tune-ups and maintenances for over 19 years. His expertise in preventive maintenances and tune-ups has saved our customers in to the thousands of dollars in repair and utility costs over the years.
Brandon Rea
Brandon is continuing his education in the North Florida Builders Association’s school for HVAC. He has been specifically trained as a tune up and performance specialist ensuring peak efficiency for residential systems. He also is highly trained as our duct cleaning specialist.

Wendy Zittrauer
Wendy knows the ins and outs of A/C contracting. Over the past 9 years she has done it all from dispatcher to managing new construction installations. She is now our accounting manager and bookkeeper.
Heating & Consulting Engineer
Bill Marler
Bill is a licensed professional engineer and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Clarkson University. He specializes in energy calculations and is our large project consultant.
Mascot
Maxwell Marler
Max was rescued from the Jacksonville Humane Society. He is what we fondly call “a daschund on steroids.” He’s part bloodhound, daschund, American bulldog and who knows what else.
