Manager Erin Marler Erin holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Florida State University in marketing. She has worked for several large corporations in Jacksonville before joining J & W. |

Sales Consultant / Design Consultant Brent Marler Brent holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Embry Riddle University and is a certified, licensed Heating and Air Conditioning contractor in the State of Florida. Brent served four years in the U. S. Navy. Michael Wildes Michael has over 24 years experience in both wholesale and sales side of the HVAC industry. He understands the homeowner in both comfort and budget needs. |

Customer Support Specialist Cindy Jewell Cindy is the voice of J & W. She has been with the company since 2001. Her attention to detail is assurance that she will efficiently take care of each customer. |

Installers Tim Jewell Tim is part of J & W’s “Extreme Team.” He has been installing new systems with J & W for 28 years. He has shared his expertise with his son who works by his side daily. They exemplify the phrase “teamwork.” Adam Jewell Adam and his dad are J & W’s “Extreme Team.” You can count on Adam to provide the best installation for your home. In his free time, Adam recently finished seminary school and is a teaching pastor at his church. |

Service Technicians Donnie Easter Donnie, our lead service technician, has completed the HVAC journeyman licensing program. This certifies that he is licensed to install, maintain, remodel and repair HVAC systems. He must also be familiar with the requirements of the Florida HVAC codes and regulations. Jamie McLaughlin Jamie has an extensive background in the HVAC industry. He holds a license of a HVAC EPA Clean Air Specialist. Jamie has served our country in the Marine Corps. |

Performance Tune-up Specialist Chris Rizzo Chris joined J & W as an intern with NEFBA. He has completed HVAC schooling at FCCJ and specializes in HVAC precision tune-ups and maintenance. He also assists with installations and repairs. |

Heating & Consulting Engineer Bill Marler Bill is a licensed professional engineer and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Clarkson University. He specializes in energy calculations and is our large project consultant. |

Mascot Maxwell Marler Max was rescued from the Jacksonville Humane Society. He is what we fondly call “a daschund on steroids.” He’s part beagle, daschund, American bulldog and who knows what else. |
