Heat Pumps

Heat pumps are ideal in any home because they offer both heating and cooling. Additionally, heat pumps are a very efficient alternative to electric heat. A heat pump works just like an air conditioner in the summer. However, it runs in reverse in the cold months to heat your home. The system is matched with a backup heating source, usually electric heat, for those extremely cold winter nights.

Just like our air conditioners, many of our heat pumps have advanced features such as two-stage compressors and variable speed fan operation. These features not only improve the comfort level of your home, but can provide additional energy savings as well.

Fan Coils

The fan coil is the indoor component in the heat pump. It includes the fan and the heating/cooling coil.  Because the fan coil is designed for a particular refrigerant, it must be matched with the heat pump or air conditioner. To complete the right fit, we offer many fan coils with variable and multi-speed features for better dehumidification, which provides enhanced comfort. The coils slowly ramp up to your thermostat setting rather than turning on at full speed. As a result it alleviates the “cold air blow” often associated with single speed fan coils.

Packaged Units

We offer self-contained systems which are positioned outside of the home. They are mounted on the ground or on the roof, and ducted into your home.

These units include: packaged air conditioners, packaged gas furnaces, and air conditioners, packaged heat pumps, and packaged hybrid heat.

Packaged units are similar to individual furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps – they carry SEER, AFUE, and HSPF ratings. The higher the rating, the more energy efficient. We proudly carry a wide variety of units that include advanced features such as two-stage compressors, variable speed fans, and quiet operation.

Geothermal Systems

Rely on the comforts of nature with a state-of-the-art geothermal system.  The Earth absorbs almost 50% of all solar energy and remains a constant temperature of 50°F to 70°F depending on geographical location. A geothermal unit utilizes this constant temperature to heat and cool your living space.

Unlike a traditional system, you will save 60% on energy costs with a geothermal system. Another great benefit to these systems is that there is no flame, no flue, no odors and no loud outdoor equipment. Moreover, heating, air conditioning and hot water can all be attained from just one single compact unit!

Room-by-Room Solutions

Room air conditioners make your home’s individual rooms or other small spaces more comfortable.  Remember, just like whole-home systems, the higher the SEER and HSPF ratings, the more efficient they will be.

Garage Heaters

The garage is often the coldest place in the home during the winter months. If you have a detached garage that houses your garage or workshop, you should consider a garage heater. No one likes to spend the first 20 minutes of their morning warming up their car for work – skip the hassle and enjoy your cup of coffee in the morning. A garage heater will simplify the process for you.
