Brian and Jason were extremely helpful! We purchased our unit on Tuesday and they set the appointment for installment on Saturday and they arrived early, which was very good because it gave us time to still enjoy the rest of our Saturday! They were very respectful of our things and took the time to explain to us how everything worked. The ins and out of our system! We highly recommend them and their company! Stay cool out there guys! Steve was accurate on his previous diagnosis, validated by a quick single component replacement. Once the system was up and running the rest of the system was evaluated. All of the measurement taken were well explained and recommendations were given as well as a description of the impact of not completing the repairs. Steve was not irritated/confrontational when I declined the additional repairs.... a welcome change from previous service experiences. In the future I will strongly recommend Steve when asked for a A/C service technician recommendation. The 4 star rating is a result of the business side of things. There were several phone calls I had to make after there was no follow up from the business office.

Unbelievable service Daryl is the best honest and very fair on pricing. The installers were the best Jason knows his stuff and is a perfectionist his helper Bryan is very careful and does a good job. He will be a great installer someday. I strongly suggest you do business with this company the cheapest price is not always the best price. The installation is critical a bad installation will cost you a lot down the road. I own over 20 properties and have dealt with many air condition companies over the years J & W is heads up over the rest. Be sure and make sure Jason does the installation he is a perfectionist and will not leave till it is done right. Garret Baldwin

This has to be one of the worst companies I have ever hired. I never write reviews, but feel compelled to warn others. I had an issue with my A/C. The first technician came out and told me I needed a new unit. I agreed to install a new unit which we just installed. They installers left without providing any instructions to my wife. I get home and the thermostat is not working - they never put the batteries in or told use it needed batteries. However, the bigger issue is the unit is not working properly. I called immediately and was told a technician would come out on Friday between 12 - 6 (quite a big window). We get a call at 4:30pm telling us they cannot come and will need to reschedule for next week. I explained that was not acceptable since I just paid over $5,000 for a new unit. I was then told I would get a call in the morning to schedule something for that day. I spoke to the office at 8:30 and I was told someone would be here between 8-10. NO ONE SHOWED. I called at 11 and was told they are running behind (it would have been nice to have been notified) and she would call the technician to find out the eta. 11:30, still no call back so I call again. I was told he is 7 minutes away. It is now 11:50 and no one is here.

This has to be the worst experience I have ever had and I have used hundreds of different contractors over my 20 years of home ownership.

Already calling the office to make an appointment was a courteous and informative experience. Receiving a picture of the technician via email was a surprise and a cool touch. Chris arrived on time and immediately impressed me with his very professional and knowledgeable approach. He was ready to answer any of my why and how questions and was very efficient. We will use J&W Heating again for our A/C and heating needs. Thank you.
