First time buyers and nervous as heck as to what company to go with. We placed several calls and received several estimates. However, J&W was the company that impressed us the most from start to finish. It started with our sales representative, Philip, who was courteous and polite. He took his time explaining our options and answered any questions we had. He even followed up with a courteous call the next business day to ensure everything went well with the installation and to ensure everything was working well. When it was time to install the system, Jeffrey and Shannon, were right on time. They kept us posted throughout the day what was occurring and even though they ran into a cliché, they ran and got the parts and completed the job. Upon completion, they ensured everything was picked up, that the system was working and cooling the house and then explained all paperwork involved with the new system. A week later, we had some problems with the system, Philip was there for us again. He guided is to the person to contact and Steven, a tech came out to the house. He was prompt and right on time. He got right to work, found the problem and fixed it. I have nothing but compliments, not complaints with this company.

Great experience and service. The technician, Rose, was very knowledgeable and she patiently and consicely answered all of my questions about the diagnosis and ways to care for my system going forward. Definitely value added. I was pleasantly surprised to not be dealing with a pushy sales pitch and a doomsday diagnosis. J&W has earned my business going forward! Well done, Rose!

The technician was great fast and early. Me and my extended family have used J&W for a long time. They are always fast and reliable. They really care! I called late on a Thursday and she said if need be they could have someone out in the next few hours. I waited till the next day as the AC was working. I couldn't ask for much more. The AC in the house feels great. Courteous professional fast knowledgeable!! Thanks to Steven Van Dyke II ( AC technician ) and to J&W heating and air!! I will never use anyone else. I highly recommend them!! You can't go wrong. J & K ??? Westside Jacksonville
