Could not be more pleased with J&W. We had a different third party technician via Amazon (never. again.) come in and destroy our air conditioning yesterday, and today we called J&W, and they were able to send the wonderful technician Felix to fix the mess and restore our air conditioning. Felix was timely, intelligent, and extremely skilled at his craft. He did a flawless installation and made sure we understood our new product. We are so glad that we found a company that can not only get us same day appointments, but also employ kind and competent individuals. Thank you guys! Would definitely recommend.

These guys are amazing. I was in the market for a new AC. I called J&W's the secretary was nice and was able to send someone out the same day. Mike the sales rep was courteous & patient, he answered all my questions no matter how insignificant. They were able to schedule the installation in a few days, when I was off. The crew (Jason, Darnell & Clayton) that installed the unit were phenomenal. They were on time, courteous, cleaned up all mess, wore shoe covers inside home, I couldnt have ask for better. My opinion this company deserves 10 stars.

So happy I found J & W Heating and Air, after going through 4 different companies. I now only recommend them. Just a little after they installed my system, they then installed my daughter's system out in Green Cove Springs. From the staff that answers the phone, to the person who comes out to give an estimate, to the folks who do the work, I have been treated with respect and kindness. The guys who installed my system and my daughter's were Clayton and Robert. They worked diligently, even when unique problems came up relating to the house being old. And, they always had a smile and were happy to answer any questions. From what my daughter tells me, they were the same at her house. She said they just kept working hour after hour despite the 100 degree heat. I had begun to think that a business could no longer sustain a positive and fair attitude, and I am grateful that J & W Heating and Air showed me that it is possible. Because of them, I will now look to do business with companies, (in general) who can also show such respect. Update 11/15/19 - Still 5 Star Service! Today was the first time my unit was due for a service "check up", and Morgan C. was our service tech. He was more thorough than I had expected, and taught us tips on keeping our unit working well. Morgan answered our questions in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. This first service of our unit is in line with our other positive experiences with J & W. Also, a couple of months ago, my mother used them for a service call and she told me the technician was great and had the problem fixed in no time.
