Rob Sanders saved us a lot of money on a very good A/C unit. He was very a tuned to our needs and followed up to see that the install was done correct and that we were happy. The two installers were outstanding and were very skillful. The entire job was done right and most importantly correct. Sorry if I didn't remember their names but I'm sure the company can add them to the remarks.
This company was well organized and prompt. I was not an existing customer. They came out the same day and fixed my a/c. The service technician was knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant. He explained the problem to me and fixed it. The costs were reasonable and clear and I even signed up for the maintenance plan! Highly recommend!
Scott came out to our house to install a new fan motor in our air conditioner. Scott was the best technician J&W has sent to our home. His determination and work ethic is something to be praised. Scott was determined to get our A/C up and running (we were already without for 5 days in the middle of July) properly.
J&W - you need to take care of good employees like Scott - - - you don't want to have such a dedicated employee leave your organization.

Had a good experience with J&W. We had our system replaced and upgraded for a reasonable price. They worked the whole day and late to finish the job and left everything clean when they where done. I have had two adjustments made to the system to make sure it is operating it's best and both times the service was just as excellent. While they are not the cheapest nor the most expensive J&W got our job done right.
Follow on 9/14/18, we had our system serviced today by J&W technician Jimmy and he did a great job. He was through and even corrected some minor things that could easily be overlooked to make sure our system was operating at its best. Also polite and respectful to our home.
Follow on 6/01/19, Bottom line, you will not be a priority for service if you are an existing customer. They are not interested in fully honoring a service contract if there is more money to be made from non-contract customers. Went five days with our system only cooling one room in the house in 100+ temps because "at least our system is kind of working." That's what I paid you thousands of dollars for. twelve calls and even talked to a manager which made no difference.
